Destination Weddings
A destination wedding is two jobs at once: your wedding, and a trip for everyone you invited. Planning covers the venue side and the guest side together, so your family is not left decoding flights and room types on their own.
A brief is a request for a person's help — not a booking. No prices, availability or payment are handled here, and we never ask for passport numbers, dates of birth or card details.

What your advisor needs to know
- Approximate guest count and how firm it is
- Your date, or the window you are choosing inside
- Whether the ceremony is at the resort, off-site or legal-at-home
- The budget range for your own travel, separately from the wedding budget
- Who else is helping — planner, venue coordinator, family
Worth knowing
- Destination weddings are only taken on with advisors verified for this work; it is not general leisure planning.
- Guest lists shrink. Plan the room block so that shrinking does not cost you.
- Legal requirements differ by country and change — your advisor confirms current rules with the venue, never from memory.
