Yes. There is no fee, purchase or subscription needed for the eligibility review.
Is onboard credit guaranteed?+
No. Eligibility and any credit depend on the cruise line, sailing, booking details and applicable offer rules.
What if I already have a travel agent?+
You are still welcome to request a neutral manual review. Your existing advisor is not automatically replaced.
Will you change my booking?+
No. This form does not change or transfer your reservation. If a later step needs authorization, Jeralin will explain it and request your separate approval first.
How soon will I hear back?+
Jeralin will send an update within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Final supplier confirmation can take longer.
