When you are ready
4. Confirm and travel
Your advisor confirms the booking and payment directly with the travel provider. This site never takes a payment.
What your advisor will need
- Roughly how many people, and how certain that number is
- The occasion, if there is one
- Whether the group shares a budget level or varies widely
- Your date window
- Who, if anyone, is helping you organise
Worth knowing before you book
- Deadlines are the kindest part of a group plan. Without them, nobody books.
- Expect the final number to differ from the first number; the plan should survive that.
- You are allowed to be a guest at your own group trip.
