Honest answers to the questions people actually ask before they enrol: what the business is, what it costs, how much time it takes, which countries are open and what happens if it turns out not to be for you. No promises, no pressure.
Is this a job?
No. Independent representatives and travel advisors are self-employed business owners. There is no salary, no set hours and no employment relationship with OdysseySoul or with the company.
How much money will I make?
Nobody can tell you that, and anyone who does is breaking the rules. Results depend on your own effort, skill, market and time. The published Income Disclosure Statement shows what representatives actually earned — read it before you decide.
Is this a pyramid scheme?
The business sells a real product — travel — and representatives are paid on real product sales and on building a team under a published compensation plan. Read the compensation plan, the agreements and the Income Disclosure Statement, and judge for yourself. We will not pressure you.
What does it cost?
There is an enrollment cost and ongoing fees, both shown on the official site before you pay. We do not quote amounts here because they can change and only the official checkout is authoritative. No payment is ever collected on this page.
Do I need travel experience?
No. Training is provided and most people start knowing only that they love travel. What you do need is willingness to learn suppliers, destinations and systems properly.
How much time does it take?
It is a real business, so it takes real and consistent hours — especially in the first year. Part-time is possible; no-time is not.
Can I do this from my country?
Only if your country is on the open-markets list, and only if you meet the age, residency and work-authorization requirements that apply there. Check the list before enrolling.
What if I sign up and it isn't for me?
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in the agreements and policies you accept at enrollment, and they vary by country. Read those sections carefully before you agree.
Do I have to recruit people?
You can focus on selling travel, on building a team, or on both. The compensation plan pays differently for each. Be honest with yourself about which one you actually want to do.
Will I get free travel?
Advisors sometimes access industry rates and familiarisation trips, subject to supplier rules and availability. Treat that as a possible benefit of the work, never as the reason to join.

What support do I actually get?
Onboarding with Jeralin, training materials, systems for client follow-up, and a community of advisors. Support is real, but it does not replace your own work.
